 </B>Any sales, jobs, services or commissions you receive through us we will simply collect a percentage of the final agreed price.  In short, if you agree to do work for a customer who found you through our site for $100, we will keep 20% of that $100.  Our payment for this service would be $20.  No other hidden or extra charges.  The best part after that is that customer will now know what services you provide and they then become <B>Your Customer.  </B>We will no longer collect a percentage for any work which you may do for them again (provided they go directly to you for their next service needs).  We will only collect share for any new customers which find you through our directory.  We all will benefit from this.</div> <div> <B>Still have questions?</B>  Check out our <A HREF="faq.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="F.A.Q.s"><U><B>F.A.Q.</B></U></A> section.</div> <div> <B><U>Terms and Payments:</U></B></div> <div> <B>All payments MUST be received by us directly from your customer.  Any Service Provider found to collect any other way will be quickly and permanently removed from the site.</B></div> <div> We will keep a percentage of 20% of the final price of the any sales, jobs, services, commissions or goods.  All final prices will be decided between yourself and your customer.  We <U>will</U> <U>not</U> set any prices for any work you do, it is all up to you and your customer.  ( Tip:  When deciding and agreeing on a service price keep in mind we will receive 20% of that price.  So you may want to add a little extra to cover this).  If you wish to add your logo or sample image beside your name and link to improve your chances of getting noticed, you can do so for a small fee of $15/month.  Which is only $180 per year.  Well worth it in the long run.</div> <div> When we receive your customers payment we will then simply take our portion of 20% and send you your payment for your services.  All prices and payment are decided between yourself and your customer.</div> <div> <B>All money</B> exchanged and collected must be in the form of US currency.  No other types of payment will be accepted, sent or traded.</div> <div> <B>Sound Good?
